INDIANAPOLIS
Carolyn Julian, 76, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016, at St. Vincent Hospice with family by her side.
Carolyn was born Jan. 12, 1940, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Paul and Pauline DeBolt.
Carolyn received her associate’s degree from Ivy Technical Community College and worked a variety of technical jobs, retiring from Roche Diagnostics in 2007.
She loved her work, butterflies, carousels, her pets and working with her flowers. Her grandchildren were especially dear to her.
Carolyn is survived by her children, DeAnne (Richard) Redman of Greenbrier, Tennessee, Ed (Christine) Julian of Clarkston, Michigan, Renee (Ernie) Hull of Indianapolis, and Beth (Ron) Stewart of Indianapolis; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, William McCartney; sister, Janet Wade; son, Ronald Julian; and grandson, Jason Hull.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
