<p>Thomas Michael Flandermeyer, 27, of Indianapolis, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016.</p>
<p>Survivors include his daughter, Jillian Anderson; mother, Tammy Stout; father, Paul (Maria) Flandermeyer; sisters, Jae and Grace Flandermeyer; grandparents, Dave and Yong Stout; and grandmother, Alma Flandermeyer.</p>
<p>Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 1 p.m.</p>
<p>Memorial contributions may be made to an educational fund for his daughter.</p>
