<p>Hazel O. Poindexter, 87, died Friday, Nov. 18, 2016. She was a resident of Indianapolis.</p>
<p>She is survived by her son, Greg (Brenda) Key; daughter, Cathy (Frank) Streich; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Loyd Smith; sister, Mary Dunbar.</p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her husband, Denzil Poindexter.</p>
<p>A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Simplicity Funeral &amp; Cremation Care, 7550 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to service time Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.</p>
