1700 block of South County Road 100 West, Franklin: Police responded at 10:36 a.m. Thursday to a report of identity theft. The victim reported that his name and business were used to create a false tax filing.
Traffic offense
Woodcreek Drive and Birch Court, Greenwood: Police responded at 1:54 a.m. Sunday to an erratic driver. After pulling over the driver, police arrested the driver. He was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and methamphetamine, according to the report. In addition to the drug charges, he was also arrested on charges of providing a false ID statement and possession of paraphernalia.
