5 Things: Madrigal Dinner gives Christmas classic twist

Christmas will get a Renaissance twist in an upcoming madrigal dinner.

Center Grove High School’s choral department will host its annual madrigal dinner at 5 and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 10.

Choral students dress up as Renaissance characters and serenade diners during the annual event at Center Grove High School, 2717 S. Morgantown Road, Greenwood.

How many people can come?

We can host 140 at each seating.

Why is this something you do every year?

The students truly enjoy the evening. It is a great night of entertainment that requires our students to demonstrate high level repertoire thus improving their skills as musicians and performers.
