FRANKLIN
Jeremy Ryan Hayman, 35, of Franklin, died on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016, in Franklin.
Survivors include his wife, Leah (Livengood) Hayman of Franklin; mother, Tracie Tolbert Hayman of Perrysville, father, Charlie Hayman of Georgetown, Illinois; three children, Philip Tyler Hayman, Nathan Michael Hayman and Lindsey Faith Hayman, all of Franklin; two sisters, Paige Hayman of Perrysville and Jenna Hayman of Louisville, Kentucky, a brother, Harley Taylor; and grandfather, Bruce Tolbert of Perrysville.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 U.S. 31 North, with visitation from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hicks Cemetery in Perrysville.
