<p>Silva E. Soots, 93, of Bedford, died on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at the White River Lodge.</p>
<p>Survivors include a sister, Evelyn Morgan of Mooresville; and an adopted daughter, Nadene Soots of Louisville, Kentucky.</p>
<p>Memorial services will be from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Dec. 11 at Town Center Church in Mooresville. Burial will be in the Clear Springs Cemetery in Jackson County.</p>
<p>Arrangements were entrusted to Day & Carter Mortuary Inc. in Bedford.</p>
