Two drivers were taken to the hospital after a crash where one vehicle struck a home west of Whiteland.
Ryanne Wise, 21, Franklin, was driving north on County Road 75W and crossing Whiteland Road when she was hit by a car heading west on Whiteland Road driven by Nathan Davis, 35, Moorsville, a Johnson County Sheriff’s Office report said.
The collision caused Wise’s car to strike the home at the northwest corner of the intersection, Whiteland Fire Department Chief David Gabbard said.
While the crash damaged the gutters, there was no structural damage to the home, he said.
Wise told deputies she had stopped at the two-way stop sign and hadn’t seen Davis’ car before crossing the intersection, the report said.
Ryanne Wise was taken to Franciscan Health Indianapolis where she was treated and released, a hospital spokesperson said.
No information was available on what hospital Nathan Davis was taken to or what his condition was on Monday.
