<p>GREENWOOD</p>
<p>Ginger L. (Grube) Hans, 75, of Greenwood, went to be with her Savior Christ Jesus on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, at 5 p.m. at her home in Greenwood.</p>
<p>She was born May 17, 1941, in Dayton, Ohio to Clifford Cummins Grube and Louise A. (Shroder) Grube.</p>
<p>She married John Hans on Aug. 25, 1961, at Arcanum United Methodist Church in Arcanum, Ohio; he survives.</p>
<p>She had been a teacher’s aide to special needs children in the New Haven and South Adams school districts in Adams County.</p>
<p>She also volunteered at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.</p>
<p>She attended Southland Community Church in Greenwood. She was involved in women’s prison ministry and also loved teaching Sunday school.</p>
<p>She enjoyed her Bible study group, flower ministry, being creative, the outdoors, gardening, flowers, birds, and especially spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.</p>
<p>Survivors include her husband, John Hans of Greenwood; children, Regina Hans of Fishers, John Hans (Deb) of Franklin, Matthew Hans (Shelley) of Fort Wayne and Noelle Daniels (Carl) of Fishers; 13 grandchildren; sister, Sue Oda (Bill) of Troy, Ohio; brother, Frank Grube (Jane) of Bradenton, Florida; and sister-in-law, Shirley Shroder of Arcanum, Ohio.</p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Jerry Shroder.</p>
<p>A celebration of life service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Southland Community Church, 5800 W. Smith Valley Road, Greenwood. Friends and family may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church.</p>
