Whiteland issues boil order due to leak

Some Whiteland residents are being told to boil their water due to a hydrant that leaked during repairs.

The hydrant leaked during repairs on Saturday, which may have caused some discoloration to residents’ water, according to a news release from the town.

As a precaution, the town has issued a boil water order for the following streets until Wednesday:

<li>Kelsey Court</li>
<li>Williamson Street</li>
<li>Clem Street</li>
<li>Center Street, from Main Street to Christina Drive</li>
