<p>Don and Debbie Applegate of Greenwood announce the engagement of their son, Stephen Applegate of Indianapolis, to Kara Sue Miller of Indianapolis, daughter of Steve and Karen Miller of Indianapolis.</p>
<p>Miss Miller graduated from Roncalli High School and Marian University. She teaches math at Greenwood Community High School.</p>
<p>The future groom graduated from Center Grove High School and attended Purdue University and Ivy Tech. He works in internet sales at Carver Toyota.</p>
<p>The wedding is set for Jan. 6 at St. Barnabas Catholic Church.</p>
