Lowes, 2219 U.S. 31 North: A loss-prevention officer reported at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday that a man stole paint and flooring from the store.
900 block of Yandes Street: A man reported at 4:19 p.m. Tuesday that there was prescription medication missing from a vehicle.

Battery
500 block of Alton Avenue: Police responded at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a battery. Two people were arrested.
300 block of Boonesboro Road: Police responded at 5 a.m. Wednesday to a report of battery. A man was arrested on multiple charges.
Thefts
1200 block of U.S. 31 North: A woman reported at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday that someone broke the window on her vehicle and stole a gun.
600 block of Park Madison Drive: A woman reported at 6:12 a.m. Wednesday that she was missing a video game system and multiple games from her vehicle.
Shoplifting
Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Avenue: A loss prevention officer reported at 1:31 p.m. Tuesday that a man stole four lobster tails. The product was recovered.
