Melinda Jo Hatfield, 49, 8855 S. County Road 300W, Columbus; arrested on a charge of failure to appear; held without bond.
Dakota Frederick Culp, 21, 501 E. Broadway St., South Bend; arrested on charges of domestic battery and strangulation; held on $2,400 bond.
The following people recently were arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and booked into jail:
Matthew R. Bray, 55, 415 E. Hill Valley Drive, Indianapolis; held on $1,000 bond.
Espana Amaya Rigoberto, 30, 1583 Mount Diablo Ave., Milpitas, Calif.; held on $250 bond.
