An Indianapolis woman was taken to the hospital after she drove off a road and struck a house in Bargersville on Wednesday morning.
Around 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, a vehicle driven by Erica Vecchio, 48, went off the road and struck a house in the 100 block of East Harriman Avenue, a Bargersville Police Department report said.
Evidence from the scene indicates that Vecchio was unconscious before she ran off the road and struck the porch of the house, the report said.
Vecchio was taken to Johnson Memorial Health for treatment, Bargersville Fire Chief Jason Ramey said.
An update on her condition was not available Thursday.
