Leland "Ken" Kent Janoski

GREENWOOD

Leland "Ken" Janoski, 81, of Greenwood, IN, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 4th, 2018.

Leland served as a deacon at the Open-Door Fellowship in Franklin, IN served in the United States Army as a security agent and is a Korean War Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion, a Kentucky Colonel and worked as a financial planner for over 40 years. He had a deep passion for golf and even shot 4 hole-in-ones. He loved and enjoyed the time he spent with his family and was a role model to both his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Linda Ditterline Janoski of Henderson, Ky; 3 daughters: Lisa Collins, Teresa Caperton and Shannon Walters (George) all of Greenwood, IN: 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Ken was preceded in death by his parents Stanley and Charlene Janoski; two sisters Lela "Cap" Word, Janice Hemp and his brother, Terris "Joe" Janoski.

Memorial services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, March 17th, 2018, at Open Door Fellowship in Franklin, Indiana.
