<strong>Credit Union gives to breast cancer awareness</strong>

Indiana Members Credit Union recently presented a check for $10,000 to Pink Ribbon Connection as part of its exclusive Cancer Awareness Debit Card Program.

The card provides an opportunity to support many different types of cancer by benefiting a different local cancer-related organization each year.

<strong>Southside hospital named ‘newborn-friendly’</strong>

Franciscan Health Indianapolis has been designated as a Baby-Friendly Hospital by the World Health Organization and the United Nations Children’s Fund.

The initiative, which was authorized by Baby-Friendly USA, recognizes hospitals and birthing centers that offer an optimal level of care for breastfeeding mothers and their babies. Specifically, the hospital was cited for offering breastfeeding mothers information, confidence and skills needed to successfully initiate and continue breastfeeding their babies.

<strong>Classes offered to Express associates</strong>

Clients of an employee agency will now have access to online classes.

ExpressLearn is an educational program that is offered to Express associates that will provide them with the opportunity to enroll in a variety of Penn Foster online courses for free. Associates of Express can choose from 19 courses that range from industrial to skilled trades/advanced manufacturing or administrative-focused courses.
