<p>Zeaska Bryan (Zeke) Gibson, 86 died Sunday, April 1, 2018 in Greenwood, Indiana .He was a resident of Fairland, Indiana for 58 years.He was born May 8,1931 in Scottsville, Kentucky to the late John Lester Gibson and Lola Mae(Sims)Gibson. He married Betty Rose (Stailey) Gibson on February 12 1960. She preceded him in death on January 20, 2010.</p>
<p>Survivors include daughter Patti L.(Mike) Hansen of Indianapolis , sons Robert E.(Pam)Gibson of Linton, and Michael E. Gibson of Fairland; grandchildren, Cortney M. Gibson, Luke A.(Leslie) Gibson, Holly E. Gibson, April D. Allen, Kristina D. Gibson, Mallory A.(Juan Navarrete) Lambert, Anthony M. Lambert, John T.(Brittney)Gibson, Emily M.(Brock Lovell) Hansen, Tyler C.(Yakira) Hansen; 8 Great grandchildren; and brother Charles Dagon Gibson.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 2 sisters, 5brothers and a granddaughter.</p>
<p>He worked in the freight business and was employed at I.R.C.&amp;D. Motor Freight for many years. He retired from Consolidated Freight in 1990. He was employed part time at Allied Appliance for several years. He was a member of the Teamster’s Union for many years and enjoyed participation in their retiree’s club. He was an avid bowler and bowled in leagues in Shelbyville and Greenfield. He enjoyed coin collecting and specialized in quarters.</p>
<p>He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in Korea during the Korean Conflict.</p>
<p>The family will receive friends from 4-8 pm Friday April 6th at Forest Lawn funeral home, 1977 S State road 135, Greenwood Indiana 46143. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday April 7th 11 am at the funeral home.</p>
<p>Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.</p>
