<p>Joseph L. and Carolyn Richards of Franklin, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.</p>
<p>Mr. Richards and his wife, the former Carolyn Roy, were married at Amity Baptist Church on April 6, 1968.</p>
<p>He is retired from Navistar.</p>
<p>She is retired from Franklin Community Schools.</p>
<p>The couple has two children, Michele Ranschaert and Hope Nutt, both of Nineveh and four grandchildren.</p>
