<p>A Franklin area road is closing so crews can replace a culvert.</p>
<p>Hurricane Road between County Road 300 North and Brookshire Drive near The Legends Golf Club will be closed most of today. The road is expected to reopen by 3 p.m.</p>
<p>Motorists can take Arvin Road, Commerce Parkway and County Road 300 North.</p>
