1100 block of Hospital Road: A woman reported at 11 a.m. Sunday that someone poured tuna or dog food in her car, stuck sanitary napkins on the outside of the car and wrapped it in plastic wrap.

1300 block of Hospital Road, Franklin: A woman reported at 7:11 p.m. Sunday that an acquaintance tackled her, punched her and applied pressure to her neck. He was later arrested on unrelated charged after he left the scene.
