• 5:10 p.m. Thursday — Westview Drive and U.S. 31.
• 4:19 p.m. Thursday — Westview Drive and U.S. 31.
• 3:12 p.m. Thursday — 2600 block of Cumberland Drive.

Fraud

2800 block of U.S. 31: A woman reported at 10:15 a.m. Thursday that a man gave her a check for more than she was owed. The check was fraudulent.

Property damage accidents

• 2:43 p.m. Wednesday — State Road 135N., and Fry Road.
• 5:34 p.m. Monday — State Road 135N., and Smokey Row Road.

Thefts

• 1100 block of Station Drive: Police responded at 12:40 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
• Stein Mart, 1011 N. State Road 135: Police responded at 4:36 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

Jail bookings

The following people recently were arrested and booked into the Johnson County Jail:

David Wayne Denson, 47, 8442 Sweetwater Trail, Nineveh; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Derek J. Sutton, 20, 1205 N. Dewey St., Auburn; arrested on a charge of possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor; released on $1,000 bond.

Paula Mae Hagan, 51, 206 Hart St., Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held on $1,500 bond. 

Adrian Deshawn Jones, 37, 510 Melrose Drive, New Whiteland; arrested on charges of driving while suspended with a previous conviction and contempt of court; held on $2,000 bond.

Zackery Shelton, 24, 9052 Cornus Court, Camby; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Laura Lee Thompson, 37, 1215 Odell Lane, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of theft/receiving stolen property; held on $1,000 bond.

Alexander Smith, 18, 5408 Grassy Bank Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana/hashish and possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor; held on $2,000 bond.
