Keaney and Susan Sloop of Greenwood, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Sloop and his wife, the former, Susan Dunn were married Nov. 23, 1967 at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church in Greenwood.
They both retired from Greenwood Community Schools.
They have three children, Kyle Sloop (Melissa), Indianapolis; Kea Toothaker (Brady), Longmont, Colorado, and Kurt Sloop (Jennifer), Washington, D.C., and six grandchildren.
