FRANKLIN
Nancy (Winter) Zeigler, 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 26th, 2018. She is a resident of Franklin.
She was born on January 25th, 1935 in Indianapolis to Fredrick and Alice (Arnold) Winter. Nancy married William “Bill” Zeigler in 1957. He preceded her in passing on May 26th, 2017. She is survived by Mike (Louise) Zeigler, Cyndi (Craig) Trent, Sherri (Benny) Dudley and Bob (Libby) Zeigler; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her parents; husband, Bill; daughter, Patricia Kathleen Gold and grandson, Brandon Dudley.
She attended Manual High School and Helmsburg High School.
Nancy was a wife, mother and homemaker. She also worked at the Little Nashville Opry, the Brown County Inn and various Nashville shops in Nashville, Indiana.
She enjoyed antiquing and collecting and had a booth for years at the Exit 76 Antique Mall in Taylorsville, Indiana.
A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held on Sunday, April 29th at 3:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin with calling from 1:00 p.m. to time of service at the funeral home.
