Maryalice (Martin) Rainey, 90, passed away on Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 in Franklin. She was a resident of Franklin.
</p>
<p>
She was born April 30th, 1928 in Greenwood, Indiana to Ora and Annamae (Robinson) Martin. She married Max Rainey in 1946. Maryalice is survived by one son, Dennis Rainey of Franklin; two grandchildren, Amy Rowand and Brian Wilson and one great-grandchild, Shayla Rowand. Also surviving is one sister, Joanna Rynerson of Greenwood. She was preceded in passing by her parents; husband Max; daughter, Joyce Wilson; two brothers, Bill Martin and Richard Martin and one step-brother, James Painter.

She was a graduate of Clark High School in Whiteland.
</p>
<p>
Maryalice was a wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed word search puzzles and cooking.
</p>
<p>
Rev. Dan McLaughlin will conduct a celebration of Maryalice’s life on Saturday, May 5th at 3:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin, with calling for family and friends from 12:00 p.m. to time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
