• 9:45 p.m. Monday — Fiesta Drive and Mach Lane.
• 6:17 p.m. Monday — First block of Methodist Drive.

Failure to pay

Marathon station, First block of S. U.S. 31: An employee reported at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday that a customer pumped gas and drove off without paying.

Property damage accidents

• 9:46 p.m. Monday — Grassy Creek Road and Emerson Avenue.
• 6:11 p.m. Monday — Interstate 65 at Worthsville Road.

Thefts

• 100 block of Dresden Drive: Police responded at 5:44 p.m. Monday to a report of a stolen check.
• Kohls, 550 Fry Road: Police responded at 2:57 p.m. Monday to a report of fleeing shoplifters. They were found with stolen shorts.
• 700 block of Loews Boulevard: Police responded at 12:49 p.m. Monday to a report of a stolen vehicle.
• 2200 block of Dorthea Court: Police responded at 8:21 a.m. Monday to a report of a stolen wallet.

Personal injury accidents

• 1:43 p.m. Monday — U.S. 31S., and State Road 252E.Wayne Brown, 75, Franklin and Hannah Jasper, 19, Nineveh. Jasper reported hip/upper leg pain.
• 10:45 a.m. Monday — County Road 900N., and County Road 500W., Greenwood. Laura Coram, 19, Greenwood had an arm abrasion.

Nicholas Robert Duprey, 25, 1573 Younce St., Franklin; arrested on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor; held without bond.

Zane Tyler Crague, 20, 2139 Summer Breeze Way, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.

Michelle Allyn Leslie, 36, 1528 Lochry Road, Franklin; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Bobby Wayne Gibson, 43, 3506 S. State Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; released on $500 bond.

Kenneth Saxon Williams, 30, 212 Cottonwood Court, Apt. H, Greenwood; arrested on charges of interference in reporting a crime and criminal mischief; released on $2,000 bond. 

Welby Johnson, 39, 501 S. U.S. 31, Room 103, Whiteland; arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy; held on $500 bond.

Tammy N. Pinegar, 37, 769 Mackey Road, Danville; arrested on a charge of driving without ever receiving a license; released on $1,000 bond.

Melanie Kay Hardman, 39, 509 S. Pleasant St., Apt. 8, Edinburgh; arrested on charge of driving without ever receiving a license; released on $1,000 bond.

Gambrielle N. Armstrong, 34, 130 Westview Place, Bargersville; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, carrying an unlawful handgun, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia; held on $13,200 bond.

Chantel Alyssa Smith, 26, 609 Memorial Drive, Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of bond forfeiture; held without bond.

Phillip Drake Cao, 22, 951 S. Copper Beech Way, Apt. G, Bloomington; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Tabitha K. Davis, 38, 2116 Cedarmill Road, Franklin; held on $1,000 bond.

Isiah Torrence, 28, 890 Wellington Lane, Greenwood; also arrested on a charge of neglect if a dependent; held on $1,250 bond.
