<p>Ross and Elizabeth Byers of Franklin, celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.</p>
<p>Mr. Byers and his wife, the former Elizabeth Legan, were married July 10, 1948, in Franklin.</p>
<p>He is retired from Trans World airline.</p>
<p>She is retired from Federal Service.</p>
<p>The couple has one child, David Byers of Franklin.</p>
