Center Grove, Franklin beaten
Fifth-ranked Columbus North defeated both Center Grove and Franklin on Tuesday at Hillview. The Trojans (174) finished seven shots behind the Bull Dogs and two strokes ahead of the Grizzly Cubs.
Lucy Young and Lanie DeHaven led Center Grove with rounds of 41 and 42, respectively. Ava Ray (39) and Ellie Beavins (42) paced Franklin.
Braves win three-way
Indian Creek topped Edinburgh and Southwestern (Shelbyville) on Tuesday at Timbergate, totaling 204 to beat the second-place Lancers by 20.
Jacqui Button and Lauren Parsley each had a 45 to lead the Braves. Edinburgh’s Morgan Calhoun was the medalist with a 44.
Boys tennis
Warriors edge Dragons
Whiteland stayed perfect on the year with a 3-2 triumph over New Palestine on Tuesday. Quinten Gillespie and Dylan Gross earned singles victories, while Travis Robinson and Wesley Hawk won at No. 2 doubles.
The Warriors (10-0) face Center Grove in the Johnson County semifinals today.
Woodmen blank Olympians
Greenwood shut out Columbus East on Tuesday, 5-0. Ethan Gray, Jacob Rothaar and Nick Belovic swept the singles points for the Woodmen (8-2), who also won at No. 1 (Ben Sobieray/Charlie Brooks) and No. 2 (Aiden Luttrell/Thomas Burtt) doubles.
The Woodmen will take on Franklin today in the Johnson County semifinals.

Trojans roll in league match
Center Grove swept North Central on Tuesday, 25-11, 25-10, 25-14. Calista Stafford had 10 kills for the Class 4A No. 9 Trojans, while Grace Boggess added six kills and three blocks. Madison Hammill dished out 29 assists and Ashley Eck finished with 15 digs.
Rebels sweep again
Roncalli topped Cardinal Ritter on Tuesday, 25-13, 25-9, 25-18. Maggie Schoening and Olivia Murphy each had four kills for the Rebels.
Boys soccer
Trojans blank Warriors
Jack Neal had two goals and an assist to lead Class 3A No. 5 Center Grove past Warren Central, 4-0, on Tuesday. Josh Williams and Mason Sutton also scored goals for the Trojans.
Rebels earn road win
Roncalli picked up a 3-0 victory at Guerin Catholic on Tuesday behind goals from Mateo Gonzalez, Bryan Guerrero and William Bawi.

Cougars fall to Trinity
Greenwood Christian lost to Trinity Lutheran, 4-1, on Tuesday. Alison Muck scored the lone goal for the Cougars.
