Hearts the men and women of the Franklin Police department. Thank you for your support and dedication to our community during the latest leadership transition. Thank you for the professionalism, genuine respect and teamwork shown during this transition. Hearts to those of you who have taken on additional roles and those who continue to support positive, productive change and progress. To my administrative staff, secretaries and general support staff, thank you for making this a seamless transition.
