Eustorgio "Coco" Berrones, 83, of Franklin passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.
</p>
<p>
He was born on April 11, 1935 in Cerritos, San Louis Potosi, Mexico, his parents were Norberto &amp; Refugio "Cuca" Berrones Guzman. He married Estela Mendez Berrones on July 20, 1959. He is survived by their two sons and families, Alberto Berrones (Rhonda) of Franklin and Carlos Berrones (Chris) of Wesley Chapel, Florida; grandchildren, Adrianna Berrones Riggs (Jerry), Nathan Berrones, Andrew Berrones, Nickolas Berrones, and Elizabeth Berrones; and great-grandchild, Elena Riggs. Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Paula Berrones Castillo of Rio Verde, Mexico, Florentino Berrones of Hammond, Indiana, Antonina Berrones Torres of Murfreesboro, Tennesse and Danny Berrones of Highland, Indiana and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his wife, Estela Berrones, father, Norberto Berrones, mother, Refugio "Cuca" Berrones, brothers and sisters, Bardomiano Berrones, Efigenio Berrones, Emilia Berrones Guerrero and Maximina Berrones Ponce.

<p>
"Coco" was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving from 1956-1958.
</p>
<p>
He was employed by Inland Steel (now Mittal Steel Corporation) as a steel worker.
</p>
<p>
He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and the USAW.
</p>
<p>
Father Steve Schaftlein will conduct a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 20 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 114 Lancelot Drive, Franklin, Indiana 46131. Friends may call on Friday, October 19 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin and on Saturday, October 20 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Military Honors, presented by the Franklin American Legion Post No. 205 will follow the funeral Mass at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
