Bonnie Choat, 76, of Bargersville, passed away on October 21, 2018. She was born on July 26, 1942 to the late Herschel and Ruth (Crooke) Plummer. Bonnie was a 1960 Southport High School graduate, an avid reader, and enjoyed lunch with friends and shopping. Her favorite pastime was being a grandma. She was a member of Bargersville First Christian Church. Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Stacy (Dan) Bettner and Jennifer (Ernest) England; grandchildren, Chase, Mackenzie, Cole and Mya; sister, Dorothy (Bruce) Tucker; brother, Robert (Donna) Plummer; nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Choat. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens of Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135. A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Bonnie will be laid to rest immediately following the service in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Southside Animal Shelter, 1614 W.
