INDIANAPOLIS
Edward Thomas May, 84, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Edward was born to the late Edward Albert May and Melinda Louise Branham in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Edward was retired from General Motors Truck and Bus where he worked for more than 30 years. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Edward was a member of Mt. Pleasant Christian Church. He enjoyed golfing, computers, and especially enjoyed traveling out west.
Edward is survived by his wife of nearly 57 years, Linda May. Two children; John May (Ana) of Indianapolis, and Marilyn Wells (Brent) of Greenwood, Indiana. One sister, Marguerite Sedam of Indianapolis. Five grandchildren; Lindsey Davis, Alexis Davis, David May, Nicholas May, and Alicia May. As well as several nieces and nephews.
Edward is preceded in death by his sister; Patricia Jaggers, three nephews; Don Jaggers, Chuck Jaggers, and Kyle Hunter. He is also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Kaitlyn Wells.
A visitation will be held from 2-5 P.M. on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 N US HWY 31 Whiteland, In.
