I would like to thank all of our police and fire staff, first responders, street department and utility service personnel for your service during the frigid cold couple of days we recently experienced. Thank you for your service to our great city and our citizens even in the worst of weather conditions. I would also like to thank the citizens of Franklin for respecting the dangerously low temperatures we experienced, by keeping the traffic volume to a minimum during these times. We appreciate the lower than normal traffic volume during these times. I am proud to live in and serve this great city.
