Richard and Janet Miller of Franklin are celebrated 50 years of marriage with a small family gathering and are planning a family vacation.
Mr. Miller and his wife, the former Janet Erickson were married May 17, 1969 in Gaylord, Minnesota.
He is a retired commercial superintendent in construction. She is a homemaker.
The couple have three children; the late Ryan R. Miller, Wade D. Miller, New Whiteland and Alicia J. Miller, North Salem and six grandchildren.
