OrhtoIndy’s Center Grove location set to open in September

Center Grove area residents will soon have access to an OrthoIndy clinic, urgent care and physical therapy a little closer to home.

OrthoIndy, which has had a location on the east side of Greenwood since 2010, will open a new facility in September in the Center Grove area in a 6,913 square-foot facility that will be located at 1579 Olive Branch Parke Lane, Greenwood. The facility has been under construction since November, OrthoIndy spokesperson Ashley McGovern said.

“We have been on the east side of Greenwood for some time and are adding the Center Grove location to improve patient access to our services in that part of the community,” OrthoIndy CEO Timothy Dickey said in a written statement. “This will offer better access to orthopedic, urgent care and office visits for Center Grove residents.”

The clinic, which will have 10 exam rooms, will offer digital imaging. Patients needing emergency medical treatment can use the new location’s urgent care for bone, joint and muscle services. Patients will also have access to physical therapy for post-operative rehabilitation, treatment of sports injuries, spinal stabilization and more at the new location, according to an OrthoIndy news release.

OrthoIndy has not yet determined a specific opening date or number of doctors, McGovern said.
