Greenwood woman charged with dealing meth

A Greenwood woman was arrested and charged after she sold nearly nine grams of meth total on two occasions, police said.

Lisa Rees, 36, 504 W. Broadway St., was arrested and charged with two counts of dealing in methamphetamine, which are level 3 and 4 felonies based on the amount of the drug.

Police gathered evidence that Rees sold meth twice in April, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in Johnson County Circuit Court.

A warrant was issued for Rees and she was arrested this week and taken to the Johnson County jail, where she was held on $22,600 bond.

She is facing up to 28 years in prison of she is convicted of both charges and is ordered to serve them separately.
