I want to send a huge thank you to Mayor Steve Barnett, Spencer Hunter, the Franklin city street department and the department of public works. They worked very hard to fix my sewer problem. These men were very courteous, polite and worked very hard. Great crew for our city!

This is for Spencer Hunter. He worked evenings at my home to determine my sewer problem. He would not stop until he knew exactly what it was. This was time from his family but not once did he seem upset and answered all of my questions. I determined he was a very good man and absolutely knew his job! His company I hope knows what an asset he is to them. If ever I need a plumber for anything, I will definitely contact Mr. Hunter. Thank you so much for the work that you did, finding, digging, all of it.

The Kiwanis Club of Franklin would like to thank all fair-goers who stopped by the Kiwanis Food Booth at the Johnson County Fair. This is the club’s major fundraiser to help fund projects in the community. From the generous donations for Fast Track school supplies, you donated $293 that will be presented to United Way of Johnson County.
