Many accolades and awards have been given, deservedly so, to my favorite newspaper — The Daily Journal. I’d like to add to that distinction my Daily Journal carriers: Matt and Michelle Skeen. They are thoughtful, kind, genuine and respectful. They not only deliver my paper, they are also good Christian friends who go above and beyond. I am a senior in declining health and I feel so blessed to be on their route. Their route for the for the Daily Journal and their route for life. I wanted you to know what a magical couple is delivering your publication.

Hearts to Johnson Memorial Hospital for the excellent care I received during my stay for eight days the month of July. I want to thank the following for all they did for me: the emergency room, medical floor nurses, assistants, nurse practitioner, physical therapists, occupational therapists, my wonderful phlebotomist Mallory Burton and social worker Bonnie Wilde. Last but so very important thank you to our wonderful EMT’s and Stacy Lagrange for getting me where I was suppose to go and making my stay so wonderful!! Franklin needs to be proud of all the wonderful medical personnel we have in our lovely town.
