Christian Alexander Alstott, 23, Franklin was arrested on charges of theft/receiving stolen property, and the prosecutor has filed the charge as a level 6 felony. Alstott was a wedding guest of the man who was stolen from, and the theft happened during the victim’s wedding festivities.
