<p>Discover Downtown Franklin is seeking designs for the 2019 limited edition Christmas ornament contest.</p>
<p>The organization is looking for an ornament design that will capture the holiday spirit and traditions of downtown.</p>
<p>The design can have a historical significance, or it might capture the image of today’s downtown. It should feature a holiday theme, and should include architectural features on prominent buildings, groups of buildings, individual buildings, streetscapes, or a community setting.</p>
<p>The design should not display a company logo, the names of individuals, or any organizations. The only words the design should include is “Franklin 2019.” The artist’s signature should also be included.</p>
<p>The contest is open to everyone and designs must be submitted by Oct. 20.</p>
