Discover Downtown Franklin is seeking designs for the 2019 limited edition Christmas ornament contest.
The organization is looking for an ornament design that will capture the holiday spirit and traditions of downtown.
The design can have a historical significance, or it might capture the image of today’s downtown. It should feature a holiday theme, and should include architectural features on prominent buildings, groups of buildings, individual buildings, streetscapes, or a community setting.
The design should not display a company logo, the names of individuals, or any organizations. The only words the design should include is “Franklin 2019.” The artist’s signature should also be included.
The contest is open to everyone and designs must be submitted by Oct. 20.
