<p>The community is invited to join Chef Josh from the hospital’s Willow Cafe and the diabetes care team as they show how to create nutritious meals using readily available and easily accessible frozen veggies from your local grocery.</p>
<p>The demonstration starts at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 and is sponsored by Johnson Memorial Health Diabetes Care.</p>
