Lori Borgman, the Indianapolis-based columnist and author, will visit Franklin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday to discuss her new book, "What Happens at Grandma’s Stays at Grandma’s."

In the book, Borgman captures the joys of her 11 grandchildren. She describes the experience on the back cover of the book:

"After a brief season as an empty-nester, she is again cooking in 9x13s, hoisting babies on hips, slinging diapers, yelling at kids in the backyard, slapping together PB&Js and marveling how the second time around is even sweeter than the first," she writes.

Borgman will discuss the book during the event at the Franklin library, 401 State St. Admission is free and open to the public.
