The Center Grove Trojans take on the Carmel Greyhounds tonight for the Class 6A state football championship.

We have your fan guide to getting tickets, tailgating and cheering the players on from the stands at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Can’t come to the game? We’ve got you covered wherever you are.

How can I get tickets?

The game starts at 7:05 p.m. at Lucas Oil Stadium, 500 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis. Tickets are $15 per person (children 5 and under free). They are available outside Center Grove High School’s main gymnasium (door 9) and the athletic office (door 3) from noon to 2 p.m. today. Tickets can also be purchased at the Lucas Oil Stadium ticket office on the southeast side of the stadium at the entrance near Capitol Avenue. A buck goes back to Center Grove for every advance ticket purchased through the school. All seating is general admission.

I want to get a head start on celebrating.

You’re in luck. Pregame festivities have been planned by representatives from the school. The Center Grove football booster club has rented out Gate Ten Events and Parking, located south of Lucas Oil Stadium at 343 W. McCarty St., Indianapolis. Parking is available there for $20. Fans can tailgate outside from their cars or go inside, where food and drink will be available for purchase. The official start time for the pregame festivities is 3 p.m., but parking will be available prior to that. When the team buses are approaching from the south, fans will go out to the corner of Bluff Road and McCarty Street to cheer them on as they take the ramp down into the stadium. The team is leaving the high school at halftime of the Class 4A game.

Lucas Oil Stadium also permits traditional tailgating, as long as tailgaters follow rules, which include:

Parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

All tailgating vehicles must arrive together.

Tailgating festivities must be in front of or behind a vehicle. Blocking aisles is prohibited.

Tailgating in empty parking spaces is prohibited.

Tents are not allowed in aisles.

Throwing footballs and other balls is prohibited.

Charcoal grills are prohibited.
