Hearts to an excellent agent of the Franklin UPS Store, Susan Beem. She went above and beyond to assist me in faxing important medical records to a hospital in Cincinnati. It was difficult to complete the transmission; she tried several times, adjusting for success. Susan is an excellent representative of customer oriented service!
