The series, Authors at JCPL, will bring popular and award-winning writers from around the country to Johnson County.
Lisa See will be the second author of the series at 7 p.m. tomorrow, in the Branigin Room at Franklin College.
See is a New York Times best-selling author of “The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane” and “Dreams of Joy.” In her books, she has illuminated the strong bonds between women.
The first 50 JCPL cardholders to reserve a seat and attend the event will receive a free copy of “The Island of Sea Women.” Copies of Lisa See’s books will be available for purchase from Wild Geese Bookshop located at 107 S. Water St., Franklin.
