<p><strong>Franklin</strong></p><p><strong>Theft</strong></p><p>3022 Hudson St., Patriot Products: A man reported at 3:58 p.m. Monday that someone had stolen a catalytic converter from one of their trucks.</p><p><strong>Greenwood</strong></p><p><strong>Criminal mischief</strong></p><p><ul><li>1251 N. U.S. 31, JC Penney: Reported at 7:31 p.m. Monday that criminal mischief had occurred.</li><li>200 block of Fairview Drive: Reported at 4:18 p.m. Monday that criminal mischief had occurred.</li><li>780 block of Cembra Drive: A woman reported at 7:15 a.m. Monday that eggs were thrown and struck her house.</li></ul></p><p><strong>Fraud</strong></p><p>560 block of Fry Road: Reported at 9:19 a.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.</p><p><strong>Theft</strong></p><p>5961 N. State Road 135, Kroger Marketplace: Reported at 10:20 p.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.</p><p><strong>The following people were recently arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:</strong></p><p>Daval R. Franklin, 22, 1941 E. Edgewood, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.</p><p>Stacee M. Bartell, 28, 102 Burwell Hills Drive, Harvest, Alabama; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $550 bond.</p><p>John Brenneka, 33, 1098 Westminister Row, Apt. 1234, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of battery; held on $300 bond.</p><p>Daniel K. Rutar, 53, 5818 Mills Road, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.</p><p>Nicholas Faubion, 23, 4641 Farrington Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $320 bond.</p><p>Troy Adante Rayford, 36, 375 Shady Brook Heights, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.</p>
