- 9:34 a.m. Monday – U.S. 31 and Mallory Parkway. Bobby Lentz, 90, Franklin. Lentz reported having minor bleeding and pain in his head. Dana Lentz, 67, Franklin. Lentz reported having pain in her chest. Angela Wade, 43, Edinburgh. Wade reported having pain in her chest.

- 990 block of State Road 135: Reported at 12:21 p.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.
- 90 block of S. Park Blvd.: Reported at 9:14 a.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.
Thefts
- 900 block of N. Madison Ave.: Reported at 3:31 p.m Monday a theft from a construction site occurred.
- 1183 E. Main St., Circle K: A man reported at 12:07 p.m. Monday that he went into the station for a few minutes and when he came out his truck had been stolen.
- 620 block of Greenway St.: Reported at 9:33 a.m. Monday that a theft and criminal mischief had occurred.

250 block of Matthews Road, Greenwood: Reported at 8:28 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

Roberto Morales, 40, 5368 Falcon Lane, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of identity deception and forgery; held on $2,400 bond.
Martin Allen Davis Jr., 39, 4750 Little Hurricane Road, Martinsville; arrested on a out of county warrant; held without bond.
Daniel Keith Roome Jr., 31, 38 Crestview Drive, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child; held on $1,200 bond.
Ranee Lee Dinkens, 25, 8330 Zona Drive; arrested on a out of county warrant; held without bond.
Coal Stiles, 18, 981 W. County Line Road, Greenwood; arrested on charges of intimidation, strangulation, domestic battery and resisting law enforcement; held on $4,400 bond.
