- 6400 block of N. County Road 300 E., Whiteland: A man reported at 4:59 p.m. Monday that someone had made a unauthorized opening of an account in his name.
- 3900 block of Eagle Trace, Greenwood: A man reported at 2:24 p.m. Monday that someone was using his name to file a false unemployment claim.

140 block of Maple Drive, Franklin: A woman reported at 4:46 a.m. Monday that her grandson took her vehicle without her permission.
