<p>Jim and Carla (Stevens) Ellis will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.</p><p>The couple were married on July 11, 1970 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma and were married by Calvin Ellis.</p><p>They are planning an anniversary party at the Church of the Firstborn in Martinsville on July 11 from 4 to 6 p.m. with family and friends.</p><p>Jim and Carla owned Classic Interiors and have both retired.</p><p>The couple have four children, James Ellis, Rocky Ellis, Jessi Bowman, Marlene Burton, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.</p>
