Kenneth and Violet (Freeman) Stancombe will be celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary.
The couple were married on July 8, 1955 at Walters Chapel Church of the Nazarene and were married by Rev. Kenneth Jewell.
Their children and grandchildren are planning a celebration drive thru visitation from 2 to 4 p.m at the Shelbyville Church of the Nazarene, located at 2315 S. State Road 9 in Shelbyville.
Kenneth is retired from Ramsey Farms and Violet works at McDonald’s.
The couple has three children, Debbie (Jerry) Lindsey, Patty (Mike) Kinney, Cindy (Phil) Ramsey, nine grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
